About these terms

These terms apply when you use the Emily Jade Edit website or purchase from our online store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our policies. Emily Jade Edit is operated by Emily Jade Fels in Mount Barker, South Australia, and the online store is powered by Shopify.

Products and availability

We aim to describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible. Colours and appearance can vary between screens. Measurements and fit notes are guides, and availability may change without notice. We may correct genuine errors in product information, pricing or availability.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted when we send confirmation that it has been accepted or fulfilled. We may decline or cancel an order if stock is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment cannot be processed or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, it will be refunded.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown separately before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and are processed securely by Shopify and the relevant payment provider.

Shipping and pickup

Delivery estimates are guides and may be affected by carriers, public holidays or circumstances outside our control. Mount Barker pickup is available by prior arrangement. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Australian Consumer Law

Change-of-mind returns are handled under our Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Wardrobe Edit and styling services

Wardrobe Edit and other styling services are arranged by enquiry. The scope, timing, location, price, travel charges and any cancellation arrangements will be confirmed with you before a booking is finalised.

Using this website

You must not misuse the website, attempt to interfere with its security or operation, submit unlawful or harmful material, or use its content for commercial purposes without permission. Website content, branding, photographs and original materials belong to Emily Jade Edit or are used with permission and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Third-party services and links

The website may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, delivery carriers and social platforms. Their own terms and privacy practices may apply when you use those services.

Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emily Jade Edit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website or delays outside our reasonable control. This clause does not limit any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.
