Shipping policy

Australian delivery

• Standard delivery: $10 for orders under $150. The estimated transit time is 2–8 business days.
• Free standard delivery: orders of $150 or more qualify automatically. The estimated transit time is 3–5 business days.
• Express delivery: $15 where available. The estimated transit time is 1–4 business days.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays and regional delivery conditions.

Mount Barker pickup

Free pickup may be arranged in Mount Barker by appointment. To protect the privacy and security of the pickup location, the address is not published. Please email hello@emilyjadestyle.com.au before placing your order so we can confirm availability and provide collection instructions.

Order processing and tracking

Orders are prepared as promptly as possible. When tracking is available, you will receive the tracking details by email after your order has been dispatched.

International orders

International delivery is available only to destinations shown at checkout. Available services, prices and delivery estimates are calculated and displayed before payment.

Delivery issues

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing checkout. If your parcel is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, contact hello@emilyjadestyle.com.au with your order number and we will help investigate.
